1986 to Date: Allery Scotts Ltd, Managing Director - Management Consultants (formerly Associated Business Consultants Ltd) Single discipline projects and multi-discipline team leader / lead consultant / supervising director
1980-1986:

ICC Oil Services Plc, Managing DirectorCo-ordinated (as 20% shareholder) flotation of ICC Oil Services Plc (an industrial holding company) on USM (AIM predecessor) working directly with lawyers, accountants and stockbrokers on prospectus, forecasts and listing requirements.

Joined ICC in full-time executive capacity as MD. Developed, managed and completed major acquisition programme - 10 companies in 4 years increasing t/o from £2m to £20m and profits from £200k to £1m. Identified acquisitions, managed investigations and negotiated contracts. Instituted any changes necessary post acquisition. Opened Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
